Our Policy on Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our food items for all our customers. Once a product has been delivered, we cannot accept it back.
Exceptions: When Refunds or Replacements Are Possible
We will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If the item you received was damaged during transit.
- Incorrect Product: If you received a different item from what you ordered.
- Defective Product: If the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption upon arrival (e.g., broken seal, expired).
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your order falls into one of the categories above, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Promptly: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Provide Proof: To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send us the following via WhatsApp on 84388 50086 or 63822 66085:
- A clear photo or a short video of the damaged, incorrect, or defective product.
- A photo of the shipping box and the product label.
- Your Order ID or the name and phone number used to place the order.
- Our Review: Once we receive your request and evidence, our team will review it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 1-2 business days.
Resolution Process
If your request is approved, we will offer you a choice between:
- A Free Replacement: We will dispatch a new unit of the same product to you at no additional cost.
- A Full Refund: We will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Please contact us immediately at 84388 50086 or 63822 66085 to check the status of your order and request a cancellation.
