1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays, after we receive your order confirmation and payment.

You will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to be delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

The delivery timeline varies depending on your location:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: Approximately 2-4 business days.
  • To other Major Cities/Metros: Approximately 3-5 business days.
  • To other locations across India (including remote areas): Approximately 5-7 business days.

Please Note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our courier partners. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, festive season rushes, or logistical issues with the courier service.


3. Shipping Partners & Order Tracking

  • We partner with reliable and trusted courier services to ensure the safe handling of your products.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s journey.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included in the product price. The cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. The final shipping fee will be clearly communicated to you when you place your order.


5. Important Information

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a landmark. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Availability: Someone should be available at the shipping address to receive the order. Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery a few times before returning the package to us.
  • Package Inspection: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering. If you find any issues, please get in touch with us immediately as per our Return & Refund Policy.
